Use your real account, provide truthful property and booking information, and communicate only for legitimate student accommodation or approved student-perk purposes.

Be respectful

Harassment, threats, hate speech, discriminatory abuse, sexual harassment, stalking, scams and coercive behaviour are not allowed.

Protect privacy and safety

Do not publish another person’s private information, identity documents, payment credentials or sensitive messages without a lawful reason. Report suspected safety or fraud issues to support.

Consequences

Filhome may warn, restrict, suspend or remove accounts/listings and may preserve or disclose relevant records where legally required or necessary to address serious safety concerns.
